‘Here to help u’ is an online tool that was developed as a response during New Zealand’s first COVID-19 lockdown in 2020 by several community service providers and funders . The providers and funders offer you ‘Here to help u’ for your own personal use without any fees or charges.
We may suspend, terminate or restrict your access if you breach any of these terms. We may modify, change or update any part of the website at any time, with or without notice.
Your privacy is very important to us at ‘Here to help u’. By using this website you consent to the collection and use of personal information in the manner we describe in our website privacy policy. We’ve kept it separate from these T’s & C’s so that it is quick to find when you’re on our website. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, then please do not use our website
You agree that your use of the website is at your sole risk. ‘Here to help u’ is not a substitute for COVID-19 or other health, emergency, crisis or long-term support. You should seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional if you have any questions regarding your health or your symptoms at any time.
The partners and funders who developed this site do not guarantee the timeliness, completeness or performance of ‘Here to help u’ or any of its content. Requests for help, submitted through the online form on the website, are sent to a secure email address. These are not monitored 24/7. We’ll do everything we can to respond to requests within 24 hours and provide a caring experience and the right support to you. We can’t take responsibility for the website not working properly or if you don’t have access to the internet.
Any links to other websites or listing of community service providers is not an endorsement or recommendation from the partners and funders who developed ‘Here to help u’.
